Michelin, a mobility company, completed the acquisition of ČEMAT, a provider of mobile services for special industrial and construction tires. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a major acquisition that will support our handling, construction and agricultural operations, strengthen our specialty tire distribution in Central Europe and strengthen the related service offering," Bill Schafer, Michelin Vice President.
