Insigneo Financial Group completed the acquisition of Citi International Financial Services and Citi Asesores from Citigroup.

Insigneo Financial Group, a Miami-based independent broker-dealer, completed the acquisition of Citi International Financial Services and Citi Asesores, the Puerto Rico and Uruguay units of Citigroup. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is truly transformational for Insigneo as it adds significant scale to our business and expands the reach of our platform, while enhancing our product offering by providing access to Citi’s banking solutions," Raul Henriquez, Insigneo Chairman and CEO.
