White Cap, a distributor of construction and industrial supplies, completed the acquisition of Diamond Tool, a provider of industrial supplies intended for professional contractors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Diamond Tool is in the heart of Philadelphia and the team does an incredible job serving customers in this centralized, high-volume area.
