Bosch to acquire Elpro Group.

Robert Bosch, agreed to acquire Elpro Group, a developer of monitoring solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, life science and healthcare industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Elpro Group has deep industry knowledge and innovative strength in the development and application of monitoring solutions.
