Realty Income, an operator of diversified real estate portfolio, completed the acquisition of Caprabo supermarket portfolio from Merlin Properties, a firm focused on the acquisition and management of commercial assets in the Iberian Peninsula, for $114m. Merlin, for his part, divests himself from these assets within his usual real estate rotation strategy.
