Jardine Engineering to acquire MGI Group.

Jardine Engineering, a provider of engineering services, sourcing and contracting expertise, agreed to acquire MGI Group,a healthcare engineering solution provider. Financial terms are not disclosed. “The joining of MGI marks an important moment for JEC.
