Iberdrola, a Spanish multinational electric utility company, agreed to acquire Autonomous Energy, an engineering, procurement, and construction company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Autonomous Energy contributes to Iberdrola's long-term growth ambitions in Australia while positioning Iberdrola Australia as a one-stop-shop for customers seeking comprehensive “behind the meter” and “in front of the meter” green energy solutions.
