Parlem to acquire Infoself.

Parlem, a telecommunications operator, agreed to acquire Infoself, a provider of technological consultation, implementation and support services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition involves the integration of more than 40 Infoself Group employees into Parlem Telecom within the Parlem Empresas business line, with which we want to significantly increase the number of business customers during 2022. Specifically, we are confident of doubling the next year the share of companies among our total number of customers will increase from the current 10% to 20%.
