Investors Magnus Silfverberg and Johan Tjärnberg completed the acquisition of Euroflorist, an European e-commerce company for flower delivery, from Litorina Capital Advisors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Euroflorist has a strong brand and a leading market position.
