Glass House Brands completed the acquisition of PLUS from Gotham Green Partners for $40m.

Glass House Brands, a vertically integrated cannabis and hemp company, completed the acquisition of PLUS, a cannabis and hemp food company, from Gotham Green Partners, a private equity firm, for $40m.
