Genstar Capital completed the acquisition of Procure Analytics from Bregal Sagemount.

Genstar Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Procure Analytics, a provider of procurement services focused on the maintenance, repair and operating supplies, from Bregal Sagemount, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Procure Analytics is a software-centric, data-forward group purchasing organization for MRO and Packaging, leveraging $1bn+ in buying power to achieve savings for member companies. PA’s team leads change management, drives adoption, and increases compliance at member locations, while providing analytical tools, savings reporting, and buyer training to drive continuous value growth for SMEs to Fortune 100 companies.
