Genstar Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Procure Analytics, a provider of procurement services focused on the maintenance, repair and operating supplies, from Bregal Sagemount, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Procure Analytics is a software-centric, data-forward group purchasing organization for MRO and Packaging, leveraging $1bn+ in buying power to achieve savings for member companies.
