Essity completed the acquisition of AquaCast Liner.

Essity, a hygiene and health company, completed the acquisition of AquaCast Liner, a a waterproof cast provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition strengthens our position and offering in the orthopedics immobilization segment in the US. AquaCast Liner's product range is a good complement to our synthetic casting range and water resistant undercast material Delta-Dry," Ulrika Kolsrud, Essity President Health and Medical Solutions.
