Silver Investment Partners-backed GPW completed the acquisition of Juers Group.

Silver Investment Partners-backed GPW, the holding entity for leading specialty pharmaceuticals distributors, completed the acquisition of Juers Group, a distribution service in Barsbüttel, Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination of Ortscheit and Juers is a strategically important step on our growth path.
