Sycamore Partners completed the acquisition of Digital Room from H.I.G. Capital.

Sycamore Partners, a private equity firm specializing in consumer, distribution, and retail-related investments, completed the acquisition of Digital Room, an e-commerce provider of customized marketing products to small and medium sized businesses, from H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Digital Room has an impressive track record serving the marketing needs of small and medium sized businesses.
