Dayes to acquire Healthpoint from Maven Capital Partners.

Dayes, a wholesaler in Duiven, Netherlands, agreed to acquire Healthpoint, one of the largest suppliers of tertiary branded healthcare products in the UK, from Maven Capital Partners, a private equity and investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Since Maven’s investment, Healthpoint has established its reputation as a leading provider of tertiary branded products into UK retailers," Ryan Bevington, Maven Partner.
