Telefónica to acquire Geprom.

Telefónica, a multinational telecommunication company, agreed to acquire Geprom, a software developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have always believed that the success of the digital transformation of the Industry lies in working from the need of the factory to the technology together with the talent of the people. Being part of Telefónica Tech will allow us to accompany clients towards the Smart Factory with more capabilities and services, by combining our expertise in Industry with its extensive value proposition and experience in said sector in areas such as connectivity, communications and infrastructures, key services to ensure the digital transformation of the industry," Darío Cesena, Geprom CEO.
