Uniphar to acquire Navi Group from Fonthill Pharmaceuticals.

Uniphar, a healthcare services organisation, agreed to acquire Navi Group from Fonthill Pharmaceuticals, a pharmacy services company. Financial terms are not disclosed. "Navi’s highly sophisticated digital offering will be leveraged throughout the Supply Chain & Retail division and demonstrates our commitment to being a differentiated and market-leading service offering," Ger Rabbette, Uniphar CEO.
