Cementos Molins-backed Precon completed the acquisition of Pretersa from Kartesia.

Cementos Molins-backed Precon, a provider of cement production services, completed the acquisition of Pretersa, a company in full expansion, dedicated to the design, manufacture and assembly of precast concrete infrastructures, from Kartesia, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, Cementos Molins strengthens its business in Spain and unlocks significant synergies with the existing operations.
