Huron Capital completed the acquisition of TriStruX.

Huron Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of TriStruX, a provider of telecom infrastructure services to wireless carriers, cable companies and OEMs. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Huron's investment will help us grow to be one of the strongest Telecom services providers in the market.
