TriNet completed the acquisition of Zenefits from Francisco Partners.

TriNet, a provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small and medium-size businesses, completed the acquisition of Zenefits, a SaaS-based human capital management solution, from Francisco Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today's acquisition of Zenefits marks a historic day for TriNet and I could not be more excited to diversify our SMB product offering.
