Apollo to acquire Miller Homes Group from Bridgepoint for £1.2bn.

Apollo Global, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Miller Homes Group, a home builder in the UK, from Bridgepoint, a private equity firm, for £1.2bn. “We are delighted that the Apollo Funds are acquiring Miller Homes.
