I Squared Capital-backed TIP Trailer to acquire Nextrailer Rent from Guillén Group.

I Squared Capital-backed TIP Trailer, a trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair provider, agreed to acquire Nextrailer Rent, a manufacturer and supplier of trailer equipment, from Guillén Group, a Spanish equipment service provider and trailer manufacturer. “This acquisition is another key milestone in the growth path of TIP. It will support our asset growth strategy, whilst complementing our existing offering.
