I Squared Capital-backed TIP Trailer, a trailer leasing, rental, maintenance and repair provider, agreed to acquire Nextrailer Rent, a manufacturer and supplier of trailer equipment, from Guillén Group, a Spanish equipment service provider and trailer manufacturer. “This acquisition is another key milestone in the growth path of TIP.
