Elite Partners and Castello completed the acquisition of two properties from Bcube.

Elite Partners, an investment fund, and Castello, an Italy-based real estate firm, completed the acquisition of two properties for logistic use from Bcube, a firm that provides logistic services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The assets have a total area of approximately 136k square meters. The first, in Collesalvetti, is made up of two groups of buildings, one of which was built starting in the 1960s and the other in 2003. The second asset, in Villanova D’Asti, consists of 8 buildings built between 1974 and 1997 and includes a connection to the railway network that will be rehabilitated.
