Pacha to acquire Laguna Village.

Pacha, an operator of a nightclub franchise, agreed to acquire Laguna Village, a resort company. Financial terns were not disclosed. The next owners of this establishment want to turn it into one of the largest luxury resorts in southern Spain. The complex aims to follow the model of the Lío Ibiza cabaret and attract celebrities in order to popularize the area among celebrities and luxury tourists.
