Keter Environmental Services to acquire M-PASS Environmental.

Keter Environmental Services, a full-service recycling and waste management company, agreed to acquire M-PASS Environmental, an Atlanta-based independent waste management and recycling solutions company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Customers of both Keter and M-PASS stand to benefit tremendously from the combination of our platforms.
