Vista Outdoor to acquire Stone Glacier.

Vista Outdoor, a global designer, manufacturer and marketer of products in the outdoor sports and recreation markets, agreed to acquire Stone Glacier, a premium brand focused on ultralightweight, performance hunting gear.
