Adriano Care to merge with Colisée.

Adriano Care, a Spanish company, which has the main objective of creating a real estate portfolio of assets, agreed to merge with Colisée. Financial terms were not disclosed. The companies will sign long-term rental contracts, to manage five nursing homes in Bilbao, Valencia and Madrid. There are four operating centers (three of which are in Bilbao and one in Valencia), as well as a newly built residence in Madrid. In total, there are 564 places in three of the most active markets in the residential sector in Spain.
