RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group-backed Firstsource Solutions to acquire American Recovery Services.

Business conglomerate RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group-backed Firstsource Solutions, a provider of business process management services, agreed to acquire American Recovery Services, a nationwide legal collections network. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Firstsource is a leader in consumer debt receivables management and the acquisition of ARSI adds a top-notch legal network; we can now provide a broad platform and one-stop shop to large financial institutions and the burgeoning fintech market.
