Sonnedix, a global solar independent power producer, completed the acquisition of a 100MW portfolio from ACS Servicios, a construction and infrastructure group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We wrap up another year of success and Sustainable Growth with this acquisition of 100MW to add to our portfolio in Spain, where we’ve been present since we started in 2009, and where we currently have over 700MW under development.
