Constellation Software-backed Volaris Group, a firm that acquires, strengthens and grows vertical market technology companies, completed the acquisition of Datapro, a software development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Datapro is a provider of business software solutions for the banking industry. This acquisition further expands Volaris presence in the financial services vertical.
