Investment companies Macquarie and Aware Super agreed to acquire Two Degrees Group, a New Zealand telecommunications provider, from Trilogy International Partners, an international wireless and fixed broadband telecommunications operator, for $1.2bn. This transaction crystalizes value for Trilogy shareholders at a valuation which reflects the remarkable accomplishments of our team in New Zealand and runway for future growth," Brad Horwitz, Trilogy President and CEO.
