DuraServ completed the axquisition of S.O.D. Wholesale and Sooner O.H. Door Services.

DuraServ, a service provider in the loading dock, door and equipment industry, completed the axquisition of S.O.D. Wholesale and Sooner O.H. Door Services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, DuraServ solidifies our strong commitment to Oklahoma and the North Texas market. We intend to apply the wholesale best practices from Sooner to many of our divisions, while also building out a leading dock and door service business in the central Oklahoma market," said David Iliff, DuraServ CEO.
