Escalade completed the acquisition of Brunswick Billiards from KPS-backed Life Fitness.

Escalade, a company that designs, manufactures, and sells sporting goods, fitness, and indoor and outdoor recreation equipment, completed the acquisition of Brunswick Billiards, a provider of billiards equipment, from KPS-backed Life Fitness, a commercial fitness equipment company.
