Ottonova, a developer of an online health insurance platform, completed the acquisition of KVpro.de, a comparison portal for health insurance companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. KVPro.de is the first comparison provider in the field of health insurance in Germany in the 1990s. The company quickly became the market leader in its segment and can draw on a unique pool of data and many years of experience.
