Scotts Miracle-Gro-backed Hawthorne completed the acquisition of Luxx Lighting and True Liberty Bags for $225m.

Scotts Miracle-Gro-backed Hawthorne, a supplier of horticulture, organics, hydroponics, and lighting supplies, completed the acquisition of Luxx Lighting, a designer and manufacturer of cultivation lighting products, and True Liberty Bags, a provider of liners and storage solutions to dry and cure plant products, for $225m. “These strategic acquisitions reinforce our commitment to provide commercial cannabis cultivators in state-authorized markets with a complete set of solutions driven by insight and innovation.
