ORTEC Group to acquire the industrial cleaning division of Veolia.

ORTEC Group, an energy group, agreed to acquire the industrial cleaning division of Veolia, a water management, waste management and energy services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Ortec Group is a global integrator of engineering and work solutions, with significant expertise. The company’s knowledge of the industrial sector, and its nearly 30 years of customer-oriented focus, make us confident in the transfer of our industrial cleaning division in Canada to ORTEC, as a new shareholder,” Frédéric Van Heems, Veolia North America President.
