Centerspace, a real estate company focused on the ownership, management, acquisition, and redevelopment of apartment communities, completed the acquisition of a portfolio of three communities in Minneapolis and one community in Denver for $131m. "These communities are great additions to our portfolio - all well located in great sub-markets, newer and provide a wonderful place to live in our key markets of Minneapolis and Denver.
