BPOC and Five Arrows Capital completed the acquisition of basys from WindRose Health Investors.

BPOC, a capital market company, and Five Arrows Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of basys, a provider of specialized business administration software, from WindRose Health Investors, the New York-based healthcare private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The sale of basys creates an exceptional outcome for the company and our investors.
