Matterport completed the acquisition of Enview for $71m.

Matterport, a developer of a 3D media platform used to establish 3D and virtual reality models, completed the acquisition of Enview, a 3D geospatial analytics company providing automated data analytics to the energy industry and government agencies, for $71m. “For more than a decade Matterport has led the digital transformation of the built world.
