One Equity Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Rosboro Holdings from Wynnchurch Capital.

One Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Rosboro Holdings, a manufacturer of engineered wood products, from Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Rosboro represented an opportunity to invest in a company with a leading market position, differentiated product offering and long-standing customer relationships.
