MG Properties Group to acquire 3300 Tamarac Apartments from Gelt for $141m.

MG Properties Group, a real estate investor and operator, agreed to acquire 3300 Tamarac Apartments, a 564-unit community, from Gelt, a real estate investment firm, for $141m. "MG is delighted to add 3300 Tamarac to our portfolio, which further scales our Denver presence.
