Waterland Private Equity, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire RUF Group, a manufacturer of furniture products, from NORD Holding, a European private equity asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that this new partnership opens up further value creation opportunities, particularly in the D2C area.
