Athanase, an investment firm based in Grand Cayman, agreed to acquire a 30% stake in Catella Fondförvaltning from Catella, a Sweden-based company active in the financial sector. “In a fund market that is consolidating, it is important to have entrepreneurship, speed in change processes and a competitive offering.
