CBIZ completed the acquisition of Marks Paneth.

CBIZ, a provider of financial, insurance and advisory services, completed the acquisition of Marks Paneth, a New York City-based accounting firm specializing in audit, tax and advisory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The New York metro area, Philadelphia and Boca Raton, Florida, continue to be important markets for CBIZ and we are delighted to be adding Washington, D.C. to our national footprint for Financial Services.
