Knill Gruppe completed the acquisition of rail division in Spain, Italy, and United Kingdom from PFISTERER Group.

Knill Gruppe, a manufacturer of power transmission and distribution products, batteries, cable & wires and fiber optics, completed the acquisition of rail division in Spain, Italy, and United Kingdom from PFISTERER Group, a provider of high-current conductors and insulating high voltages. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With this acquisition, we rise to become a global player in railroad infrastructure.
