Kismet Capital Group completed the acquisition of Russian Towers.

Kismet Capital Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Russian Towers, a mobile tower infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition was part of a long-term strategy to develop its tower business. We plan to make the combined company public and will be open to entering new geographies," Ivan Tavrin, Kismet Founder and CEO.
