TA Associates completed the acquisition of Chaos.

TA Associates, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Chaos, a company in photorealistic rendering technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. Subsequent to the acquisition, TA Associates and LEA Partners, a technology focused private equity firm, have announced an agreement to merge Chaos with Enscape, a leading developer of real-time rendering and design workflow technology for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industries, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
