Lehigh Hanson completed the acquisition of Corliss Resources.

Lehigh Hanson, a building material company, completed the acquisition of Corliss Resources, one of the largest family-owned aggregates and ready-mixed concrete companies in the US Pacific Northwest. Financial terms were not disclosed.
